All orders are shipped Monday to Friday including Express and Express Worldwide orders received out of normal business hours. Normal business hours are, Monday to Friday, and orders received during these hours are processed for shipment within 24 hours.
Metro deliveries will arrive within 1-2 business days from the date of shipment depending on which state you reside. Regional and international deliveries may take a long period of time due to COVID-19.
A confirmation email will be received to the email address you have nominated when your order has been placed. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer care staff on email@example.com if you do not receive a confirmation.
If we experience a delay in processing your order for any reason such as, sale times, you will be notified by email.
Shipping within Australia
Australia Post is used for shipping within Australia. We will email you a tracking number when your goods are shipped.
DHL Express Worldwide is used for shipping outside of Australia. We will Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email.
However, if DHL is unavailable then Australia Post will be used to ship your order.
Free shipping applies to all Express orders over $300.

Currency, Taxes and Duty
All product prices that are displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars. Additionally, all payments made are in AUD currency. For shipments within Australia GST will be added.
Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) is available for orders to some countries outside of Australia, which means you will not have to pay additional fees when your order arrives in your country. Please note that taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase.
These taxes and duties are determined by your local customs authority and includes;
1. The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from Australia; and
2. Duties charged for processing by your country.
Aora Voyage does not hold any liability in checking the taxes to the destination country of the order.The final recommended retail price may vary depending on the delivery location.

If your destination is a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) destination taxes and duties will be payable by the customer upon your order arriving in your country and will not be released until the duty is payed. This will be noted in the checkout process. For countries that incur a DDU fee, Aora Voyage is unable to provide an estimate the amount of taxes and duties your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information or clarification.
If you wish to exchange items they will be re-sent at the cost of Aora Voyage, however return postage costs are not refundable and duties and taxes will have to be payed. Aora Voyage do not refund prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout. If you wish to get a tax or duty refund please contact your local customs office.
Changes to your order
Immediately contact customercare@aoravoyage if you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details and/or item sizing.
However, if your order has already been processed, Aora Voyage accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. Please follow our returns process for changing incorrect items.
Please note that shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. Aora Voyage reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.

Transactions are processed in Australia, your bank may apply international transaction fees if you are ordering from overseas.
