COVID 19 PREVENTION
At Aôra Voyage our thoughts are with all those impacted by the COVID 19 global health crisis.
We ensure all Covid19 safety precautions are taken when operating our online business, while providing exceptional service. We will deliver your orders as soon as possible in the current circumstances. We have noticed significant delays using standard Australia Post, therefore, we will using express post till the pandemic is over and DHL for international deliveries.
Our Customer Service team is available to answer any questions regarding your order via messenger or email, and we will email you with tracking numbers with all orders.
Safety and Hygiene Measures:
In line with directions from the Australian Government and the World Health Organisation our office is following all relevant health and hygiene standards. Aôra Voyage's priority is to keep our clients, team and the wider community safe. Therefore, all team members that have the capacity to work from home continue to do so, and only essential staff who attend work deemed healthy, use hand sanitizer, practice social distancing, and have not been in contact with confirmed cases.
Delivery of Orders:
Our delivery partners Australia Post and DHL are monitoring the health of their drivers closely; vehicles are disinfected daily and drivers are washing their hands and using hand sanitiser regularly.
Australia Post and DHL no longer require a signature on delivery. This will allow them to deliver the parcel to your door but have minimal contact.
Delivery Address:
We ask our customers to enter a residential address at checkout. This is to ensure that your order is delivered in the least amount of time should your business address be closed and your order sent back to us.
Delivery Delays:
We monitor our deliveries and use express postage so you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible. Please contact our customer service staff on hello@aoravoyage.com or messenger if you have not received your order, and we will will contact the delivery company for an estimated ETA.
